Cream of Wheat

Cream of Wheat is a brand of farina, a kind of breakfast porridge blend produced using wheat semolina. It seems to be like corn meal, yet is smoother in surface since it is made with ground wheat portions rather than ground corn. It was first made in the United States in 1893 by wheat mill operators
in Grand Forks, North Dakota.The item made its presentation at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago, Illinois. Before January 2007, Cream of Wheat was a Nabisco brand made by Kraft Foods. In January 2007, B&G Foods procured the brand and all rights to advertise the grain. "Cream of Wheat" is an enlisted trademark. 

The rice-based Cream of Rice likewise shapes some portion of the product offering, and is regularly a suggested early nourishment for babies and little children and for individuals who can't endure wheat or gluten,such as people with celiac infection.
