Mbira

What is the mbira? 

The mbira is viewed as the national instrument of Zimbabwe, customary to the Shona individuals. It comprises of a wooden board, frequently with a resonator, with appended amazed metal tines. The mbira is played by culling the tines with the thumbs and fingers, while grasping the instrument.
